Walking Series

Discover the fascinating history of Morris County’s oldest continuously operating farm with a walking tour of Ayres/Knuth Farm. A unique example of a complete farmstead and the agrarian history of the area, the farm contains ten original structures that demonstrate its evolution over the centuries through various owners, most notably the Ayres and Knuth families. Tours will take place at 2:00pm and 7:00pm (lanterns available for purchase). Participants are advised to wear sturdy shoes. FREE. Rain/Shine. Space is limited to 12 per tour, pre-registration is required.
